China Machinery (Jining) Industrial Co., Ltd. (CNMC) was established in 1953, with a registered capital of 106.2 million RMB. Formerly known as "the Seventh Transport Equipment Company directly under the Ministry of Housing and Urban -Rural Development of the P.R.C", it set up the Jining Branch of Shandong Industrial Equipment Company in 1958 (a state owned enterprise under MOHURD).
